Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person.
• You may not impersonate other users, Cole Robinson, or any real person.

Fasting data

• You may only log fasts that you have genuinely completed or are currently doing.
• Logging fasts that pre-date your account creation is not allowed.
• End times cannot be set in the future — only times that have already passed.
• Deliberately manipulating the system to gain unfair Ketone points may result in account suspension.

Community conduct

• Treat other members with respect.
• No spam, harassment, or hate speech.
• Forum posts are governed by the Flarum forum's own rules at forum.snakediet.org.
